**Electrician Services Specialist**:

This position reports to:

Customer Service & Field Service Manager NSW

**Your Role and Responsibilities:**

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver exceptional customer service by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention through effective communication of service work timelines and expectations.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role contributes to the Electrification Service located in Moorebank, NSW. You will be mainly accountable for:

- Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points.

- Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.

- Preparing material lists needed for service activities and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.

- Acting as a trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Electrical license

- Minimum 2-4 years industry experience preferably with Switchgear Skills

- Computer literate being familiar with Microsoft and Windows

- Ability to amicably negotiate and provide good customer service
