Dental Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our team at Bupa Dental Narellan. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in delivering high-quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their visit.
- Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists, including preparing instruments and materials as needed.
- Perform reception duties as required, including answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries.
- Provide instrument sterilization and infection control solutions, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of infection control standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support patient care from entry to the surgery, including recall management and ensuring patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
