We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our production team as a Clothing Production Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing products for our retail floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accepting donations on behalf of our not-for-profit partners
- Meeting and engaging with customers and donors, and sharing the Savers story to ensure excellent service
- Sorting donations and preparing products for retail
- Pricing, grading, and hanging product to meet daily production targets
- Working with the team to achieve daily production goals
- Supporting our safety culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of the following skills and qualities:
- Availability for part-time hours - Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail, production, or hospitality
- A passion for working with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- A strong sense of integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing
