Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Receive and transport guest luggage, using care and attention to detail.
  • Offer recommendations and information about local attractions and activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Upsell hotel services and products through exceptional product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor, paired with professionalism and a high standard of personal presentation.
  • An open manual driver's license and ability to safely lift and carry heavy items.
  • The flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
