We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing clinical support and education to healthcare professionals in the ENT field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level in-theatre support for clinical end-users and hospital staff on our products.
- Ensure existing and prospective customers are technically competent through in-service education and regular product updates.
- Support sales strategies through regular contact with key healthcare professionals.
- Facilitate and conduct external medical education events.
- Assist with inventory control and expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical device industry setting.
- Strong track-record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Nursing qualifications, general sciences degree, or similar.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required.
