At genU, we're seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality training and education to learners across South Australia.

The role involves:

  • Evaluating learner competencies to ensure skill development and knowledge retention
  • Contributing to compliance and continuous improvement processes
  • Delivering high-quality services to existing and potential clients

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability & Ageing) including Medications & First Aid
  • A Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs
  • First Aid certification
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with specified units, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
  • A current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain one
