Production Manager Role

Oversight of manufacturing activities at a project site, reporting to a senior executive.

  • Collaboration with stakeholders across sites to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality and cost targets.
  • Driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and best practices.
  • Monitoring daily production progress with teams to meet targets efficiently.
  • Management of team members, including workforce planning, budgeting, training, competency, health and safety, and quality.
  • Identification and implementation of improvements in production, safety, and processes through reviews, incident reports, and feedback.
  • Fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
  • Ensuring all production meets internal, customer, and industry standards for health and safety.
