Sushi Artisan Role

As a skilled Sushi Artisan, you will be responsible for crafting sushi rolls and hot foods to the highest standards. This role is ideal for those with a passion for food preparation and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of ingredients for sushi production
  • Making of sushi rolls and hot foods according to established recipes
  • Cleaning and washing of kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment

Key Skills:

  • Excellent knife skills and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Able to follow recipes and instructions
  • Good communication skills and teamwork
