Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Pasty Baker to join our dynamic bakery team in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity working a variety of shifts including Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and experience when visiting our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality baked goods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain skills through ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
