Job Title: Physiotherapist - Sydney Metro

We are seeking a qualified and experienced physiotherapist to join our team, working across the Sydney Metro area.

The successful candidate will work with clients in community settings and occasionally in residential aged care, focusing on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in everyday life.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide physiotherapy services to clients across various packages and programs, including private services, rehab in the home program, hospital in the home program, home care package clients, and residential aged care facilities.
  • Work independently as a mobile Community Physio, with your own vehicle, and travel to client's homes.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registered physiotherapist with at least 1+ years of experience, preferably within a community or rehab setting.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload of clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Passionate about promoting better health and wellbeing.
