Global Inventory Manager

About This Opportunity
Drillman is seeking a seasoned inventory professional to manage and maintain global inventory holdings and warehousing, working closely with Purchasing and Logistics teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and managing inventory balances and valuations in ERP systems for accuracy
- Providing global pricing support aligned with Supply Chain operations
- E nsuring the accuracy of inventory data in ERP, including weights, dimensions, and HSN codes
- Coordinating and processing cyclical stock takes internally and with third-party service providers
- Generating and maintaining reports for all stock and inventory requirements
- Reviewing inventory Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting for accuracy
- Reporting obsolete stock to management and sales teams
- Leading high-performing teams towards successful outcomes
- Coordinating and project managing third-party logistics providers
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3-5 years' experience in inventory management or product management
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
- Demonstrable experience in ERP or Inventory systems integrity and support
- Working knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, and Logistics operational areas
- Proficient computer skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
- Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
