Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial quotations to final contract agreements, ensuring alignment with both company and client expectations.
- Develop and assess tender documentation, providing precise cost evaluations and strategic advice.
- Draft and review contractual agreements, confirming that all stipulations fulfill project specifications.
- Manage contract modifications, ensuring prompt adjustments and effective oversight of financial implications.
- Continuously track project advancement, delivering timely updates and risk evaluations.
- Offer recommendations for cost efficiencies to guarantee project completion within budget and on schedule.
- Engage in material sourcing and vendor selection, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and financial controls.
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of project objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
