Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering top-notch services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control standards and procedures.
  • Prepare patients and facilities for dental treatment, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal wait times.
  • Provide chairside assistance to our dentists, delivering quality support and helping to ensure successful treatment outcomes.
  • Treatment coordination, including booking appointments, updating patient records, and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
  • Instrument sterilization and management, maintaining accurate records and adhering to strict protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months' experience working within the dental industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing situations as needed.
  • Familiarity with billing codes and electronic record systems.
