We are seeking an experienced administration professional to provide support for our merchandise and fertiliser operations in Forbes, NSW.

• Provide exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient response to all customer enquiries and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Manage sales, inventory and drive performance of merchandise products.

• Perform general administrative tasks including stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatching of goods.
• Assist customers with account and product enquiries.
• Process counter sales.
• Maintain safety processes.
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment.
• Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries.

• Experience with Excel, SAP and PowerBi.
• Strong computer literacy and MS suite skills.
• Previous customer service or sales experience in the agricultural sector.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a high-pressure team environment.
• Strong written, verbal communication and organisational skills.
