Conference and Events Supervisor

At Accor, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Conference and Events Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of events and conferences at our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and addressing any issues promptly to maintain high attendee satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor the Conferences and Banquets team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance and service.
  • Liaise with customers and the kitchen brigade to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate guest billing and posting of charges in accordance with hotel procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Conference and Events outlet.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of various beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Micros knowledge desirable.
