Hospital Clinical Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:- MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Ensure effective medication management for patients with diverse healthcare needs.
- Clinical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to healthcare teams to promote patient-centered care.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in pharmacy services to enhance patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Requirements:- Registration Requirements: Registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is essential.
- Licensure: Current registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia is required.
