You will have the opportunity to take on the books of a senior dentist, reducing their clinical hours, and work alongside/lead 3 other senior dentists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the practice and driving growth
- Performing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry
- Managing a team of senior dentists
- Overseeing the refurbishment and technology upgrades
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies
We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and visionary dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. You will have:
- More than 5 years of Australian experience
- Confidence in being a leader and a Principal Dentist
- Experience in ortho, clear aligners, cosmetic, veneers, crown & bridge, implants
- A friendly chairside manner, team player, and passion for providing exceptional patient care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a close team environment
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration and current professional indemnity insurance
We offer a competitive salary of $250,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year, a sign-on bonus, and potential for equity buy-in and/or profit share. You will also have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art practice with a loyal patient base and a strong reputation in the community.
