Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset/Rental Manager to join our team in Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne. This national role reports directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales and plays a crucial part in expanding our construction equipment business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Achieve targets while managing the P&L within budget
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster long-term and short-term growth and profitability
  • Oversight of inventory alignment with strategic plans and targets
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
