Effective Cleaning Services are required for a unique opportunity to work in an environment that values autonomy and teamwork. We are seeking an experienced cleaner with the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to our company's standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean hard floors on a rotational basis, including early morning shifts on Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

- Maintain cleanliness of external areas, including wet zones, using auto scrubbers and litter pickers.

- Follow strict security and OHS procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Remove litter and debris from footpaths and car parks using sweepers and blowers.

**Requirements:**

- 1 year of cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

- A National Police Certificate and Driver Licence would be advantageous.

**Work Arrangements:**

- Part-time position requiring 14 hours per week, spread across six days.

- Immediate start available for the right candidate.

**Benefits Include:

- Competitive hourly rate: $22.76 - $45.42

- 4 weeks paid annual leave and 10 personal leave days.

- 10% superannuation contribution.
