Leading Project Manager for High-End Joinery Projects

About the Role

This permanent position has been created due to newly won projects and the growth of the business. As a Project Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of joinery projects for reputable clients such as Lendlease, Richard Crookes Constructions, Parkview Constructions, and Kane Constructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Construction Manager
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
  • Represent the company as the primary point of contact for project scope, schedules, and costs
  • Provide expert advice and report on project management and progress
  • Procure subcontractors and materials
  • Lead and coach project team members, focusing on succession planning
  • Health, safety, and quality management
Your Background
  • A relevant tertiary education or qualification in Joinery or Project Management
  • A strong track record in a similar role working with a reputable Tier 1 or 2 joinery organisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and Microsoft Suite packages
