Client Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support our clients in a dynamic environment.

  • Assist with meal preparation by performing tasks allocated by the lead cook, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of dining room, kitchen, and serving areas after meals or as required, maintaining high standards of hygiene.
  • Provide laundry services efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Clean the facility, focusing on areas that impact workplace health and safety, including toilets, floors, and other critical zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning, demonstrating attention to detail and quality standards.
  • A current police screening certificate, upholding the trust and confidence of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in supporting frail-aged persons, showcasing empathy and care.
  • Full vaccination against influenza and at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
