Role Overview

The Investment Framework Process Lead will be responsible for coordinating investment framework processes, including program development and costing, proposal assessment and approval, issue and variation management, reporting and evaluation. You will also prepare, analyse and review a variety of investment and program reports and data, and provide advice and briefings to inform decision-making by relevant DEECA Executives.

You will work autonomously and efficiently on a variety of projects that assist waterway outcomes for Victoria, working across stages of project planning, engagement, implementation, contract management, reporting and budget management. You will also develop and implement program-specific audits and evaluations, and coordinate responses to recommendations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a degree qualification or higher, preferably in business, commerce, natural resource management, science or a relevant equivalent. Experience in Microsoft Excel, budget forecasting, planning and management, and/or investment planning and reporting are highly desirable.
