Key Responsibilities:

Delivering Exceptional Care
  • Domestic assistance: maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our clients.
  • Supporting meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food.
  • Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, enhancing their overall quality of life.
  • Personal care: assisting with daily tasks, medication management, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Respite and emotional support: being a trusted companion during challenging times.

What We Look For In Our Team Members:

  • A passion for supporting seniors and making a positive impact in their lives.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is an essential part of the role.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, handling situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday – no night or weekend work required.
