Role Overview:

A Property Analyst plays a key role in supporting commercial decision-making and sustainable growth in the Australian property investment and funds management industry. This organisation is listed on the ASX and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive leasing analysis, including net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), cashflow forecasts, and valuation impact assessments
  • Prepare high-quality internal property valuations and support broader valuation processes using MRI systems
  • Produce and coordinate financial reporting, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic asset plans
  • Partner with Asset, Property, and Operations Managers to provide insightful financial analysis and expert recommendations
  • Drive reporting improvements and process enhancements to support operational efficiency and growth
About You:

This role is ideal for a motivated Property Analyst with experience looking to take the next step in a tier-one property environment. You should have a degree in Commerce, Property Economics, or a similar field, as well as a solid understanding of property valuation and leasing fundamentals. Proficient in financial modelling, lease deal analysis, and property forecasting, with advanced Excel skills and experience with MRI and Yardi systems an advantage.
