Job DescriptionThis registered nurse position is available in our Memory Support Unit at our Glynde Residential Care Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred nursing care to residents living with dementia.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months experience as a registered nurse
- Postgraduate qualification in Dementia or Behaviour Management (highly regarded)
You will be a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will be responsible for guiding and leading the care team to provide safe and effective care that meets each resident's needs, goals, and preferences.
