Job Opportunity: Automotive Vendor Payments

We are seeking a diligent, customer-oriented and adaptable individual to join our vendor payments team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover position, with the successful applicant commencing in mid-March.

The role entails preparing for payments to vendors based on regular sales outcomes, reviewing daily sale data, generating payment information sheets, cross-checking with vendor agreements, collaborating with internal teams, processing payments, managing electronic filing, responding to vendor payment inquiries, and supporting internal departments.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated success and understanding of account sales and paying out sales, experience working in a team, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
