Reporting Insights Analyst

This is a high impact role within the Safety, Health and Wellbeing team.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of our SHW strategy through data analysis and interpretation, delivering data-driven insights, and developing reporting and data visualisations that inform strategic decision-making, risk reduction programs, and overall SHW improvements across the group.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for risk mitigation. Translate complex data sets into meaningful insights that inform strategic direction and support proactive decision-making.
  • Reporting and Communication: Deliver data insights/reports for senior stakeholders, presenting information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner. Collaborate with diverse audiences to effectively convey safety-related information and recommendations.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintain data integrity, and adhere to regulatory requirements. Responsible for evolving and improving our safety related metrics, to better monitor and govern performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing, engagement, and communication skills, excellent time management skills, and be able to effectively manage competing workload priorities and tight timeframes.

Key qualifications include tertiary qualifications in safety, health, and wellbeing, business, technology/data, or equivalent and/or relevant industry experience.
