Job Summary:

As the Logistics Assurance Team Leader within the Collins Submarine Program, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the Supply Chain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your responsibilities will include ensuring complex logistics compliance and assurance work, as well as administering and maintaining materiel logistics data management plans and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Supply Chain ERP system to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement logistics compliance and assurance strategies to meet Defence requirements.
  • Administer and maintain materiel logistics data management plans and systems to ensure accurate inventory analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve complex logistics compliance and assurance matters.
  • Provide advice to stakeholders on Defence Logistics Policy and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience or demonstrable knowledge in Defence inventory management processes.
  • Accountability for organising workflow and making independent decisions to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to undertake research and analysis, conduct reviews and perform procedural work to achieve results.
  • Capacity to provide coordination, management and analysis of complex logistics reporting requirements.
  • Ability to generate responses to correspondence, briefs and reports for management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective relationships with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret and comply with legislative, policy, regulatory frameworks and organisational objectives.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
