An experienced Solutions Architect is needed to guide architecture and solution design ensuring the platform meets business needs today and evolves for the future.

The Key Role
  • Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Translate business goals into scalable and secure technical designs
  • Integrate Dynamics with Azure services, Microsoft 365, and modern data platforms
  • Champion AI and automation for insight and user experience uplift
  • Provide architectural leadership ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Guide delivery teams, vendors, and partners for quality outcomes
  • Drive innovation, platform modernisation, and measurable business impact
  • Work with senior stakeholders to communicate architectural vision and value clearly
Technology Focus
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, Contact Centre)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Azure (App Services, Logic Apps, API Management, AI Services)
  • Copilot and Azure AI tools
  • Fabric-based data platforms (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory)
  • Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, modules, and platform best practices
  • Strong enterprise architecture experience ideally in large-scale transformations
  • Hands-on experience designing integrated solutions using Microsoft and Azure technologies
  • Track record delivering scalable, high-performing, and secure solutions
  • Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like Copilot, Azure AI, and Fabric data tools
  • Excellent understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, and modern platform engineering
  • Microsoft certifications are desirable
  • Must have full working rights in Australia Citizenship or PR required
