Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Paediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to support children with developmental delays and disabilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct, family-based, and community-based support to individuals with developmental delays and/or disabilities
  • Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary context to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes
  • Conducting assessments and interventions with a mixed caseload in terms of age and modality of intervention
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • A valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle and third-party insurance
  • A clear current Police Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with attention to detail
