Administration and Student Support Officer

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to provide administrative support in the student welfare area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student absences, providing administrative support to staff members, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating student absence processes and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to staff members as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student absences and other relevant information.

Requirements:

  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or equivalent work experience.
  • Well-developed administrative skills, including proficiency in ICT systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
