About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care service at Sherwood Ridge OSHClub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a service at a primary school, providing a safe and engaging environment for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a child-centered program that promotes learning and development through play
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership or management role in a childcare or education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
