We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team at Wholechild Specialists. As a Clinical Lead in the speech area, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a wide range of communication disorders across the lifespan.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology and a passion for delivering high-quality care to clients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and treat clients with communication disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide leadership and supervision to Allied Health Assistants
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Psychology Clinical Leads to deliver comprehensive care
- Engage with clients and their families to identify meaningful goals and develop strategies to achieve them

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Fully registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Eligibility for Medicare Registration
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Current Working With Children Check, Criminal Records Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
- Compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy
- Current work rights in Australia
