Our venue spans 3700m² and features multiple bars, endless vibes craft and classic beers, cocktails and premium pours, live sports, event spaces, and uniquely designed arcade games.
In this role, you will be working behind-the-scenes to ensure the smooth operation of our games, attractions, and experiences.
Your key areas of responsibility will include troubleshooting technical problems, partnering with our facilities manager and venue team to maintain a positive culture, owning the guest experience, and ensuring safety comes first.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of technician experience, be tech-savvy with a curious mind and hands-on working style, maintain a positive attitude towards problem-solving, and be a natural communicator who can chat with both team and guests with ease.
