Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Support Professional to provide exceptional cleaning services for our residents within our residential aged care home.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents' rooms
  • Support colleagues and maintain a positive team dynamic
  • Adhere to safe working practices to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents, following all policies and procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
  • Applicants must hold full work rights
