Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in ROCKINGHAM, WA. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service, working with our customers to understand their needs, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations on our products.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.

Requirements
