Job Title: Hose Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable hose technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the onsite repair and replacement of hydraulic components.

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic systems and be comfortable working in a mobile capacity, traveling to customer locations.

Strong communication and commitment to customer service are essential.

">

This is a 40-hour week position with a regular day shift of 7am to 3:30pm and monthly RDO (Rest and Recreation) days.

">

As a hose technician, you will be responsible for various tasks including:

">
  • ">
  • Workshop and onsite repair and overhaul of hydraulic components;">
  • Reporting on equipment following disassembly and inspection;">
  • Reassembly and testing of hoses as required;">
  • Onsite hydraulic support for local businesses;">
  • Assisting in mobile truck hose breakdown services.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Trade qualifications (Mechanical) as a Fitter, Turner & Machinist or Plant Mechanic w/ hydraulic experience preferred but not essential;">
  • A committed individual willing to work part of the 24/7 breakdown roster;">
  • Hydraulic or Mechanical background;">
  • Experience manufacturing hydraulic hose assemblies;">
  • Understanding the importance of accuracy and quality.">
