Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support and service to customers through call taking and assigned incidents on complex issues related to computer hardware and software installation, use and maintenance. This role requires working 5 days a week in East Sale, Victoria.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure services. They will also support desktop, infrastructure and services across multiple technology streams including hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, print etc.

\

Key responsibilities include responding to, resolving incidents and Service Requests (SRs) within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and following breach reporting process for any failed SLAs. The candidate must also maintain and housekeeping of customers physical infrastructure, manage customer expectations, and ensure prompt escalation of operational issues.

\

Other key responsibilities include ensuring accurate recording and submission of timesheets and project efforts on time as per company requirements, completing required training on time, being aware of workplace health and safety practices, instructions and policy, and carrying out other work as assigned by team lead or management.
