Laundry Support Officer

This role is a vital part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents, exceeding expectations every day.

About the Role:
  • Provide laundry services, including cleaning, pressing and folding items such as linen, towels and garments for residents.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen cloths, mops and other equipment.
  • Operate industrial washing, drying, extracting and pressing machines as required.
  • Collect and distribute personal effects sent to the laundry by mistake.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in laundries or cleaning within aged care or hospitality is ideal.
  • Friendly attitude, positive outlook and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
  • Availability to work varied shifts across different days.
  • A valid Australian working visa is mandatory.
  • A current police check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination are also required.
