Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Stocker to join our team at Costco Wholesale. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for stocking and maintaining a high level of product availability on our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stocking and Merchandising: Receive, stock, and rotate merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and product movements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members with product location, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Warehouse or Retail Experience: Preferred
  • Ability to Lift and Move Heavy Objects: Required
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Required
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. You will be required to wear a uniform and follow all company policies and procedures.
