Security Fence and Garage Installation Professionals

About the Role
We are seeking skilled technicians and installers who are either from the industry or have mechanical expertise, e.g. previously worked in a mechanical workshop. Excellent communication skills are essential as your customer service is just as important as your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend multiple client sites per day and undertake general repairs and maintenance of garage doors and openers, or Security Gate maintenance and installations.
- Engage with customers, communicating the process and how you can assist them.
- Use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and break downs.
- Build a strong rapport with customers to help build future business.
- Provide a quality service including general clean up when complete.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Mechanically minded individuals who are comfortable troubleshooting, measuring up, quoting, and working with their hands.
- Excellent presentation skills (uniform will be provided).
- Power tool experience.
- Show initiative and be able to work unsupervised, after an initial training period.

Benefits
The salary for this role starts at $28-$30 per hour for those with no garage door or security gate experience, then moves to $33-$36 per hour for experienced technicians. Regular pay reviews will follow as you become more experienced. Ongoing training and support will be provided. A company vehicle will be provided after an initial 4-week training period.
