• Deliver quality Style Cuts & Styling skills, maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Be confident in all aspects of haircutting & barbering, including cutting, styling, and coloring.
• Empower our clients with expert advice, selling retail products and promoting our brand.
• Be a contributing team player, supporting our culture and maintaining operational compliance and brand systems.
• Be reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
