Job Description

This varied role involves working closely with our Office Operations team to ensure effective management of the office by:

  • Leading and managing the support team,
  • Monitoring and improving service quality provided to legal teams,
  • Managing work allocation and administrative support for client delivery activities; and
  • Overseeing central group processes to support operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful, you will have demonstrated commercial acumen and strong stakeholder relationships. You should also possess:

  • Prior leadership experience in sizeable teams,
  • Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills,
  • Solid operational management skills,
  • A high level of attention to detail,
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant field.
