About the Role

This part-time customer service sales role is based at our Munno Para store, averaging approximately 48 hours per fortnight. The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert professional customer service to retail and trade customers.
  • Promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts.
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met.
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
  • Supporting local community and charitable organisations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job.
  • Competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • A strong attention to detail.
