About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Arriba Group. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical supports to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendations within the scope of your clinical discipline.
  • Work within a passionate small team of Allied Health Professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA (or be eligible for it).
  • Possess a passion for working with people with disabilities and experience in the NDIS and/or disability sector is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a community services setting.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology.
