About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Sydney and its surrounding areas.

  • This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of site managers, engineers, and other personnel as required.
  3. Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project sponsors to ensure their needs are met.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in site management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Detailed knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
  • An understanding of health and safety regulations and protocols.
