About the Role: As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to your clients, becoming a vital part of their care team. Your role involves assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, and providing more complex care, all while bringing kindness, respect, and understanding into their homes.
","Responsibilities:- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, domestic assistance, and transport services
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
- Provide complex care and support as needed
- Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships
- Must be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area
- Have a valid Australian driver's license and comprehensive car insurance
- Happy to provide Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, and Transport services to our clients
- Must have a Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification, or relevant experience in support work
- Work locally and get paid higher rates than industry standards
- A flexible work schedule that enables you to work hours to suit you
- Comprehensive training provided
