Caregiver for the Elderly and Disabled

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality support to our clients in their homes. As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Assisting with social activities and companionship
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Administering medication (as required)
- Transporting clients to appointments and shopping
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
- Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy and a passion for caring for others
- High level of time management and organisational ability
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, paid time between clients, broken shift allowance, and rewards and recognition programs. You will also receive ongoing support from our office staff and the opportunity to participate in further training and education opportunities.
