About the Role

At Care Connect Group, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic care professional to join our team as a Service Coordinator in the Aged Care department.

This role is responsible for providing administrative support and resolving client requests within agreed service levels. You will work closely with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries and service needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administration or coordination, with strong communication and time management skills. You should be proactive, organised and comfortable using Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive salary of $73,000 per annum, plus superannuation, and access to salary packaging benefits to increase your take-home pay. Our flexible working environment includes 5 weeks' annual leave, a passionate team, and a caring work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients, service providers and internal teams to coordinate and confirm services for clients
  • Maintain client expectations by providing efficient responses to all enquiries via phone, email and online portals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with Care Connect policies
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally and within service level agreements
  • Identify and appropriately escalate client risk, health & wellbeing matters in accordance with authorised processes and quality standards
