Concreter

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Concreter. As a key member of our crew, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop essential skills, and contribute to the creation of durable and structurally sound concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of work sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for concrete pouring.
  • Learn and perform various concrete related tasks, such as mixing, pouring concrete, forming and finishing concrete.
  • Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to acquire practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the construction field.
  • Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment used in concrete construction, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the capacity to follow instructions accurately.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and the ability to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
